Supposed to be my day off but had to go work.  Sucks !!!!
Oats
Home made chicken wrap
Cranberry juice
Went panera b4 work so that in won't faith in the middle of dinner service :)
Pick 2 with panini  and bro cauli and chedder soup
Dinner with brown rice and chicken curry
Yogurt and gulab jamoon for dessert.

Sunday

Couldn't post yesterday. Got bz with birthday party and ate whole lot of crap. Today was not good either.  Started with black coffee. Medeterinian chicken wrap for lunch and rice and rotisserie chicken for dinner.  For snack we had miz bajiya.
But was a active day.  Went for 30bmin cycling and 15 min swimming.

Almost end of feb and I have not even loose a pound. Have to be more strict.

What can I say about today.
Breakfast : dunkin donuts tuna crossian 650 calirie (website)
Snack : fig 37 (app.label)
Coconut water : 50 (label )
Carrot and cucumber : 40 (app google)
String cheese : 80 ( google)
Lunch : shrimp +dal rice +chana =800(google app)
Dinner : shrimp +salmon +dal +veggie = 500(app)
Total : 2157
I thought I would be under 1600 :(
But m not going to starve myself. 
I will eat less dinner and more veggie snack .

Thursday

I am trying my best not to snack as much and also potion control. I wish I could calorie count everything.  My assumptions for today is 2100 calorie. And thats alot ti losse weight. I have to eat 1600 if I want to loose 2lb . Hope to maintain tomorrow.
Breakfast : waffel + 2pc turkey patties +black coffee.
Lunch: 2pcs shrimp +3/4 rice and dal +3/4 chicken biryani
Snack: tea
Dinner : chana aloo +2pcs dosa and yogurt
Dessert : 1 pcs Twizzlers

Snack : samosa
Lunch: nan. Goat curry and rice
Snack : banana
Dinner : biryani + yogurt
All full potion size.

Tuesday vegetarian food

Alright . This is my second Tuesday eating vegetarian meal and I am proud to have skip  all the tandoori chicken and pork curry.
Feeling light and green
Breakfast: instant oats ( cinnamon and apple)
Snack : nice string cheese
Lunch : quonia and dal
Snack : tea and biscuits
2nd Snack : homemade watermelon juice
Dinner : quonia and spinach curry

Got surprise day off on monday. Totally hate  it.
Breakfast : hard boil egg. 1pcs toast with pb and green tea
Lunch : pulled pork sandwich 2pcs of chips ( I contolled)
