Thursday

I am trying my best not to snack as much and also potion control. I wish I could calorie count everything.  My assumptions for today is 2100 calorie. And thats alot ti losse weight. I have to eat 1600 if I want to loose 2lb . Hope to maintain tomorrow.
Breakfast : waffel + 2pc turkey patties +black coffee.
Lunch: 2pcs shrimp +3/4 rice and dal +3/4 chicken biryani
Snack: tea
Dinner : chana aloo +2pcs dosa and yogurt
Dessert : 1 pcs Twizzlers
