Couldn't post yesterday. Got bz with birthday party and ate whole lot of crap. Today was not good either. Started with black coffee. Medeterinian chicken wrap for lunch and rice and rotisserie chicken for dinner. For snack we had miz bajiya.
But was a active day. Went for 30bmin cycling and 15 min swimming.
Almost end of feb and I have not even loose a pound. Have to be more strict.
