Gearing up to get FIT.

 I am gearing up  Yet again to get fit. I am only 5 feet so even a pound more looks like i have gain 10 lb.  My ultimate goal is to loose 10 lb by May 2014. So i am breaking my goal in bite size pieces and setting up a 2 lb goal for each month. Yes, I will work my way to loose 2 lb a month and work very hard to keep it off.
 Past years i had made similar kind of resolution and fail badly  . I did not follow my plan and ended up gaining 5 lb. So this year i am very serious coz i find myself catching breath when playing with my dogs. T-shirt don't fit  and stomach is bulging over my pants. 
So my plan is to EAT healthy ,Exercise/be active and Create positive environment. 
 I think with positive attitude i can do it.  So let the fun begin. 
 I will be food blogging , recipe sharing and telling you all i am doing to reach my ultimate goal.
