Thursday

Why am I busy on my day off even more than the day I work.
15 min of jillian Michael and whole lot of food. I need some motivation.  I need to loose some pound.
Oats for breakfast
Water
Fish oil tablet
Rice.KFC and dal for lunch
Tea and cookies
Water
BBQ chicken for dinner
Need to add more fruits n veggie to my diet
